Quality Known for Centuries
Jean Henri Peltzer founded Peltzer & Fils in Verviers, Belgium. More than 340 years later, it's still running, still privately held, and still owned by the family that started it.
Emerging from the heart of Europe's textile industry, Peltzer & Fils adopted advanced machinery and pure-water washing techniques early, putting the company at the front of the Industrial Revolution.
That same drive built the Iwan Simonis brand: the reference standard in premium worsted billiard cloth, trusted by professionals for centuries.

Over the decades, Peltzer & Fils diversified with purpose, bringing well-known manufacturing brands under one roof: Saluc (Aramith balls), Sontex, and WSP Textiles, each a leader in its own market. Our Belgian manufacturing facilities are recognized globally for responsible production, including advanced water purification and closed-loop recycling.

Preciball USA was founded in 2007 and has grown into a trusted precision ball trading operation serving the North American industrial market. That growth wasn't accidental: our location near the Port of Savannah gives us a real logistics advantage, with fast, reliable receiving that keeps orders moving on the customer's timeline, whenever they come in.
Today, that same trading operation supports customers across automotive, aerospace and defense, medical, energy, and industrial markets, backed by deep inventory and the ability to expedite orders when a customer needs it fast. It's the same discipline that's now carrying us into new territory: a growing presence in Latin America, and a new chapter in domestic manufacturing.
Expanding Into Latin America
In 2025, we launched Preciball Mexico as a greenfield startup in Monterrey, building a local sales force to serve one of the fastest-growing industrial markets in Latin America.
From Distributor to Domestic Manufacturer
Preciball USA is expanding from a trusted distributor into a domestic manufacturer. We're investing $17.6 million in a new high-precision manufacturing facility in Screven County, Georgia, expected to create 65 new jobs.
