How fast can you ship?
In almost every instance we ship within 24 hours, and in some cases the same day. We also offer customized packaging, labeling, and fulfillment options.
Do you make the balls, or distribute them?
Today we are a distributor, and we hold roughly 3.6 million pounds of strategic inventory to back that up. We are also building domestic manufacturing capability: a $17.6 million high-precision facility is under construction in Screven County, Georgia, with production beginning in 2027.
Can you match a ball to a drawing if we do not know the material spec?
Yes. Send the drawing and the application. Our quality lab identifies a qualified match against your drawings and specifications, and confirms it before you commit.
Will I get material certification and documentation?
Yes. For any order that requires certification, the documentation ships with it. We do not supply certified product without the paperwork behind it.
What sizes and materials do you carry?
Sizes run from 1/64" to 4", across more than twenty materials. Chrome, carbon, tungsten, stainless, Rockbit tool steel and glass as standard, plus ceramics, thermoplastics, thermoset plastics, K-Monel and R-Monel, M50, aluminum, brass and aluminum bronze, superalloys including Hastelloy, Stellite Star 2 cobalt and Inconel, pure silica, and precious metals.
Are you certified?
Preciball USA holds ISO 9001:2015 certification for our distribution operation, Certificate No. C0523959-IS3, recertified in August 2026. Our new Preciball HPM manufacturing facility is working toward its own certifications: ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001 by the end of 2027, IATF 16949 in the second quarter of 2028, and AS9100 in the fourth quarter of 2028.
